This unit doesn't work with Windows8...had to use my old computer that was running XP. It didn't work well with our slides from the 50's and 60's. Most slides had to be fed individually. The slide holder would constantly stick and have to be removed, The manual color adjustment does not work well and the machine is just very labor intensive. On the plus side, we bought it on clearance for $15 and that is about what it is worth, We are currently looking into another slide to PC scanner. Read more
